17 team members coaching and developing them as leaders in their role and the business, implemented strategic pillars across the business and developed a positive relationship with all customers, responsible for budgeting revenue and profit tracking across the business. Develop and prepared reporting and key metrics for the board.

Sharp’s Brewery

2008 joined Sharp’s while it was still under private ownership, with the brief to build the business to sell, established sales and commercial controls across all departments worked as part of the senior team developing Doom Bar sales across all channels across the South West /South East, established sales & distribution hubs in Bristol & London 2011 Molson Coors acquisition appointed to senior team to provide a consistent business as usual ethic, whilst developing the site with capex ahead of UK expansion, during the last 5 years we have invested £13.9m in capital equipment in the brewery & infrastructure & brands, as well as doubling the employee headcount @ Rock, the annual profit levels grew during this period from £80k in 2008 – £11.9 m in 2015.
