Driving force behind establishing new business with acquisition of key accounts delivering stakeholders RGI (Market Share) within 5 months and ahead of anticipated target. Doubled targeted spa revenue by 55% and hotel occupancy by 20% by month 3 of opening.

Horn Of Plenty

Supported owners for 6 months during sale. Project management of room refurbishments. H&S audit to reduce risk and ensure compliance. Install new digital central filing system for safe shared storage, easing frustrations and creating a playbook and tool kit for the operational departments. Supported key department heads with mandatory documentation, EHO, Fire, COSH and H&S. To reduce risk.

Richardson Hotel Group and Cofton Holiday Park

Deep dive review of people function and profitability. Delivery of workforce succession plan. Reduced ET risk and stabilised the management team ensuring future recruitment and exit expenses were reduced. Guided and recruited management team to establishing HR best practice and continue to reduce future overheads. Secured funding for skills uplift.

Cornwall Hotel and Spa

Business planning, succession planning and improved productivity/ profitability across all areas of the business. Agreed and projected managed new branding and marketing plan to secure direct business and mitigate OTA. Secured investment and co designed Laura Ashley Tea room concept to increase F&B revenue in first 9 months by £175k. Relaunched Spa and wellness centre and generated £400k worth of additional sales in first year.
