Munich Re

Collaborated with the investment team to conceive and develop a visionary prototype for an innovative marine community platform. Achieved a significant milestone of acquiring over 40,000 subscribers within a span of 6 months through the strategic application of gamification and content techniques. Positioned the platform for potential monetisation opportunities.

Supporting tech scale ups facing pre-seed and Seed A funding rounds. Defined ICP and TAM metrics, agreed and developed new branding marketing plans and CRM integrations in order to secure future funding; Partful, LetsFlo, Downforce, MyBoat.

RSM

Managed marketing strategy, execution, and continuous development across all RSM North and national corporate finance teams. Developed and established the brand communication and regional media strategy, growth partnerships and built an agile marketing methodology to fuel and drive growth and efficiency.
